Make your favorite treetopper look like new again, with these 12 volt replacement bulbs. Includes 5 mini replacement bulbs. 12 volt lamps are meant to be used in light sets of 10-15 mini lights per strand. Available in clear or multi (red, blue, green, orange/amber, pink).

These bulbs no longer have a pinch in the glass portion of the bulb, but they are still of the standard shape that fits most light sockets.

Diameter of glass - 5 mm

Please note: Bulbs come naked without a base. To install, simply remove old bulb from original base by straightening the wires. Then slide the new 12 volt bulb in place and bend wires back.

Our beautiful 8 ft. Christmas tree has been lit with 40 strategically placed 12 volt white candle lights that make the tree and it's ornaments glisten like diamonds... except after nearly 30 years of use, the bulbs were burning out and there was no source to replace them! Devastated, we had resigned ourselves to lighting our tree with the only available 2.5 volt closely spaced white lights... and no longer having the look of a candle-lit tree.... After much searching on the web, we landed on this wonderful "Hard to Find Items" site and found the no-longer-available 12 volt replacement bulbs that have saved our day... and our beautiful tree once again glistens as if lit by real candlelight..

Advantages: We now have enough of the proper lights to light our tree for years to come.... Needless to say, hardtofinditems.com is a resource well bookmarked in our computer for futures!

The 12 volt mini-bulbs were impossible to find except at Hard to Find Items. The order was placed on Friday, and delivered to me on the next Monday.

Advantages: Great service at a reasonable price.

Disadvantages: Shipping is expensive, but it seems that is true even on items you ship yourself.

I am grateful I was able to restore light to my 10-bulb string X-mas table decoration. These bulbs are no longer available locally. That alone is worth 5+ stars. In my earlier desperation, I blew out more of my existing bulbs by using what were commonly available but wrong voltage. You learn the hard way, just because it fits, doesn't mean it will work.

Advantages: One week delivery and very inexpensive. Ordering 4 packs, the cost to me including shipping and no taxes was 50 cents per bulb.

Disadvantages: When I needed these in December, these were out of stock (naturally). I rechecked and found them in stock in May when I order 4 packages. Right now in August, I noticed they are out of stock. I can't blame this company in gambling how much to stock of items that may be increasingly obsolete.
