These are 12 volt flasher bulbs. Use one flasher bulb for every 10 or 15 lights (or single circuit) to create a "flashing" effect. This will make all lights in the circuit blink (light set goes through a steady blinking ON and OFF). Contains 3 clear FLASHER mini light replacement bulbs.
Note: bulbs come naked without a base. To install, simply remove old bulb from original base by straightening the wires then slide the new 12 volt bulb in place and bend the wires back.
