These are 3.5 volt flasher bulbs.  Use one flasher bulb for every 35 lights (or single circuit) to create a "flashing" effect.  This will make all lights blink on that circuit (light set goes through a steady blinking ON and OFF).  Contains 3 clear FLASHER mini light replacement bulbs.

Note: bulbs come naked without a base. To install, simply remove old bulb from original base by straightening the wires then slide the new 3.5 volt bulb in place and bend the wires back.

35 lights - 1 Flasher Bulb (3.5V)

70 lights - 2 Flasher Bulbs (3.5V)
