Ames Elasto-Barrier is ideal waterproofing roofs, walls, decks, below grade walls, cisterns and rusty metal protection.  Ames Elasto-Barrier is elastic up to 1000% of it's size (to expand and contract with your surface), needs only water clean-up, and bonds extremely well to many surfaces. Light grey color. Use: Indoors and Outdoors.  Must be top-coated.

Water based and easy to apply, simply roll, brush, or spray on (airless sprayer)

NOTE: For standing water conditions, this product needs to be top-coated.
