This is a great clothes dryer. It holds at least 3 loads of laundry, maybe up to 5. I have it in hard clay soil (w/ grass) and it took a Paul-Bunyon type to pound in the spike (with a huge mallet and extremely thick board), but no concrete was required. Highly recommend the lift-o-matic model for easy arm-lift action.

Customer service at Hard to Find Items was outstanding – they helped get a missing part in record time!
