Ok, I have to admit that I was very skeptical of this item and doubted if it could really get my chandelier clean. Needless to say I followed the directions and I can honestly say that I haven't seen our chandelier look that bright since the day we purchased it!!!! I will be ordering more in the near future!!!! This needs to be in Good Housekeeping!

Advantages: Easy to use no fuss, just follow the instructions.
