Where can orders be shipped?
Currently, we only ship to the Continental United States.  We hope to have rates for HI and AK shortly - so please check back.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We stress quick handling of all processed orders.  In general, packages are packed and shipped within 1 business day.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  Expedited order with 2-day shipping will ship same business day if received by 3pm ET.  Delivery times will vary depending on the service level requested at checkout.

Is my information secure?
We respect your privacy and make it our responsibility to protect your information. If you purchase a product, your mailing address and phone number will only be used to verify and ship your purchase. We will not sell your information or send you any unwanted emails.

How is a product returned/exchanged?

Do I have to register to make a purchase?
No. During checkout, you may choose to checkout as an unregistered user. If you prefer to register, you will be asked to create a user name and password at the bottom of the form. As a registered customer, you can sign in and make future purchases quicker.
