The GutterBrush Gutter Guard system provides customers with a simple, effective and affordable solution to prevent their gutters from clogging from leaves and other debris. Installation is as simple as sliding the gutter brush into your gutter.

NOTE: Beware of imitators. Insist on the original GutterBrush quality and performance. We sell only the original GutterBrush product. Knock off brands are available online, but are not made to last like GutterBrush.

Set of 30' of GutterBrush for 5" gutters are made out of a stiff polypropylene bristle. Set includes 9 pieces of 36" GutterBrush and 2 pieces of 18" GutterBrush. Measures 4.25" in diameter to fit 5" Gutters.

How do I know what size GutterBrush I need for my Gutters?

5" GutterBrush measures 4.25" in diameter to fit 5" casement style and half round gutters. 5" casement style gutters measure 5" across the top and 3.5" tall. 5" half round gutters measure 5" across the top.

GutterBrush comes in either 4.25" to fit standard 5" gutters (measurement taken at the top of the gutter) and 5.25" for over-sized 6" gutters. We carry both sizes and sell both sizes by the piece and in a case pack at a discounted price!

What happens to the debris that collects on the top of the GutterBrush?

Small amounts of debris may get caught on the top of the brush, but most will blow away/off the top of the brush. The small debris that does get hung up in the gutter brush will slowly break down over time from natural causes (rain, wind, sun, etc.).

What is GutterBrush made of?

GutterBrush's bristles are constructed from a sturdy polypropylene that has been treated twice with a UV protectant. The bristles are held together at the center of the brush with two pieces of twisted galvanized steel.

What type of Gutters can GutterBrush be used with?

GutterBrush can be used with any type of gutter including copper, PVC, aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel.

Is GutterBrush affected by ice dams?

Finally, GutterBrush will not be affected by ice dams. Ice dams are a result of improper insulation of a warm roof. This causes snow to melt and run down to near the gutter where it freezes again and builds up as a block of ice. GutterBrush will not break down or have any effect on this process. Although, when the sun comes out and starts to melt the ice the black GutterBrush bristles will absorb heat and have been reported to promote rapid melting of ice build up.

What if I try GutterBrush and it doesn't work out for me? Does it come with a warranty?

GutterBrush has a one year satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Never cut the product to finish a run evenly. Simply bend the product over on itself to shorten it to the proper length. Cutting the product will cause the bristle to start to fall out of the end of the piece.
Like most other gutter inserts, there is some periodic maintenance. Depending on the amount of debris that collects in your gutters you will probably have to pull the brushes out and shake them off once a year. Keep in mind, GutterBrush offers a 1 year satisfaction guarantee, so for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you can simply call us up for a 100% refund!
Installing GutterBrush is super easy, since you can install every piece in a run of gutter from one location. Simply just push another piece in your gutter run and it will slide the other brushes down.

Great so far after one month. Easy installation and prompt service.

Advantages: I hve only had them installe for 1 month, instalation was easy, and so far so good. I live in an area with lots of pines and I had to get the ladder out and clean gutters once a month. So far so good. Delivery was punctual.

So far I have been pleased with this product. I have them installed in my garage gutter which I have had to clean out twice prior to installing them. So far so good.

Advantages: Cost and the ease to install.

Disadvantages: May still have to clean gutter in the end. I do not know if the perfect gutter guard exists but this might work. All seam to have some glitch.

I will Have to wait untill the leaves fall next year to see if the brush corrects my problem

We live in a mountain area with lots of pine and oak trees. Clogged gutters are a chronic, expensive problem in this area. We have a lovely new metal roof with seams that run perpendicular to the gutters every 18 inches. The roof seams make traditional gutter guard, covers, etc. useless. As a last resort, after six months of reviews, discussions with locals', etc. we purchased your Gutter Brush. We have now gone through two major storms. The brushes are working great! No clogged gutters or downspouts. The pine needles and oak leaves are flowing over, or are "temporarily" trapped on the top of the brushes. It will probably take 6-12 months for a thorough analysis of the brush effectiveness. However, for now they are a simple inexpensive solution.

Advantages: Web site clearly explains and describes the product. Extremely helpful, pleasant phone representative. Product arrived ahead of scheduled time. No local tax and no shipping charge! The brushes are easy to work with.

Disadvantages: I installed the brushes myself. Some areas of the gutters are more than 18 feet from the ground. I did not want to "crawl" on the roof. Some "tips:" It was possible to install the brushes with a very good ladder and a helper, but it is potentially dangerous. Measure the width of the gutter trough in advance and the total length of the gutter area (its cheaper to buy all the brushes at one time). Take the time to clean out the gutters before installing the brushes. The brushes are actually very easy to slide into the gutters. Try not to let them overlap, they can bulge up over the gutter and look tacky. The material bends easily, so if you get to the end of a gutter run and the brush section is too long, bend it back on itself and press it into the gutter. That is easier than cutting it. Good luck!
