overall, i am happy with your service. I am disappointed in the color of my lights. I did not want the "blue white" glow. When I ordered the "white" and not the "polar white" I thought they would have the warmer white look. The ones I received glow bluish white, not a warm white. Please comment back to me. Did I misunderstand about what I was ordering? Thank you.

Advantages: This is the only place I could find white LED lights with white wire. My gutters are white, so I definitely needed white wire.

Disadvantages: I thought the white-white would not have the bluish color---I wanted plain old white. I thought the bluish tint was the "polar white" I made an expensive mistake, I guess?

Response from Customer Service: These "pure white" lights will appear slightly cool when used outside. When used inside, the lights have a more white light appearance to them as they compete with other lights inside your home. We have revised our product listing to make this information more apparent. Sorry for any inconvenience. We do sell "warm white" lights in this same style that have a little yellow-tint to them. These are sometimes preferred when trying to mimic standard incandescent lights.
