Cast aluminum pipe railing flange. Used to secure vertical supports of railing to hard surfaces, including driveways, patios, and sidewalks. Includes two set screws to tightly grip pipe. Sized to fit 1" pipe.

Please note: 1" pipe is the internal diameter measurement of the pipe. This railing fitting supports 1" pipe (or pipe up to 1-1/4" outside diameter). Actual ID of the fitting is 1-3/8".
