What makes Plantskydd so unique?

Most animal repellent companies only use a spray or granulized product to repell animals from plants.  Plantskydd offers an oilbased liquid spray, a powder that mixes with water to form a paste and a granular based repellent.  The fact of the matter is not every animal and climate condition is ideal for anyone type of repellent.  Plus, Plantskydd's products in many cases will last longer and can be applied in more types of conditions than traditional animal repellents.

 

Plantskydd Liquid Formulation -  Most liquid animal repellents are water-based.  Plantskydd has some vegetable oil added to its base, which makes its formulation last much longer than traditional liquid animal repellents.  3 months during active growing season and 6 months during dormant season.  Normal water-based animal repellents only last 3-4 weeks.

 

Plantskydd Powder Formulation -The powder solution is diluted with water to make a liquid paste that can either be sprayed onto plants/seedlings or the plants/seedlings can be dipped into the solution.  What makes the powder solution so unique is that it can be applied to the bark of a plant.  Regular liquid spray products must be applied to the foliage of the plant, because Plantskydd's powder and water solution forms a paste, it can stick and stay on the outside of the bark.

Plantskydd Granular Formulation - 100% organic, ORMI product that is ideal for preventing your plants and garden beds from damage from rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and other small critters.  The nice part about a granular product is it can be applied to the perimeter of the area that you desire to protect from animal damage, therefore less product and less time is needed to protect your plants.

If the plants are low lying flowers, Plantskydd's granular formula can be effective against deer and other large animals.  However, if the plants are high off the ground, such as a large bush or tree, then the granular product will not be effective.  Plantskydd's liquid spray would be the best option.
