    Item worked and fit perfectly!! Woulkd order again. The item is hard to find as they no longer make 12" round drians

    Received the 12 inch dia drain grate and I believe it will work ok; however, a little grinding is needed to reduce the diameter by about 1/16th of an inch. Will be working on that shortly.
