Cast Iron Floor Drain Cover - painted black.  Suitable for walking traffic. Measures 6-1/4" in diameter and 1/4" in thickness.
 
Diameter of full strainer: 6-1/4"
Diameter of the holes: 3/8" (can be a little irregular but this is the target)
 
Strainer may not look exactly as pictured.  Please call or email us if you need specifics on the holes and the hole pattern.  Thanks!

    Until I stumbled onto HardToFind, they had exact item and the strangest thing is they are located only 20 miles from my home, I will check them first from now on
