Returns Policy
Returns are no problem at all. There are several different ways that we take care of return requests. Please see below for what we request depending on the situation. If you would like to return an item(s) for a refund, please follow these steps...
1) Make a copy of your order and include that copy inside with your return
2) Re-tape the box and scratch out (or remove) any old shipping labels
3) Return to us with the shipping address of your choice. We recommend USPS for lightweight packages of only 1-3 pounds. Our return address is as follows:

If you would like to exchange for a different item...
1) Please call us at 1-877-750-0971 or write to us at customerservice@hardtofinditems.com. Let us know your order number and what you would like to exchange for.
2) We will respond with the best way to take care of the exchange. Each situation is a little bit different here, so we treat each case differently.
If your order was incorrectly shipped, or received damaged...

Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the Contiguousl US (Sorry, NO shipping methods and rates are set for HI and AK).
You will notice that we offer only one shipping service, which is called Standard shipping. This service is estimated to take between 2-6 business days to arrive, however, we most always beat these delivery estimates! Once an order is placed, we typically process the order and have it ready for the carrier within 1 business day. We ship 99% of our orders from our warehouse here in Pittsburgh, PA.
Please note, that we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49. If you reach this amount, please be sure to choose Free Shipping upon checkout instead of the standard shipping.
Looking for expedited shipping services? Please give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with Next Day or 2-Day Air shipping quotes. We are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern.
Our shipping day ends around 3:30pm Eastern time, so orders placed before this time on a given day, may even ship the same day!
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
