Cast Iron Floor Drain Cover measures 6 3/4" in diameter.  Measures 1/4 inch in thickness. Suitable for walking traffic. Painted DARK GRAY. Other sizes available.
 
Diameter of full strainer: 6-3/4"
Diameter of the holes: 3/8" (can be a little irregular but this is the target)
There is NO center hole in this strainer.

    The paint job left a little to be desired but I can paint it easily. Had no problems ordering nor receiving it fairly quickly.
