Cast Iron Floor Drain Cover measures 6 3/4" in diameter.  Measures 1/4 inch in thickness. Suitable for walking traffic. Painted DARK GRAY. Other sizes available.
 
Diameter of full strainer: 6-3/4"
Diameter of the holes: 3/8" (can be a little irregular but this is the target)
There is NO center hole in this strainer.

    Remodel the basement from the 80's. Not knowing what the name of the floor drain was to replace a old cast iron floor drain cover. This one fit perfect! 6 3/4 by 1/4
